I could not resist. We all know the story of YouTube – great service, disruptive, funny, addictive and a huge exit from the founders/investors to Google.
The Irish Youtube you ask – a while back Channel6 – an Irish TV channel raised €14million from well known Irish vc’s [Note: this is more than YouTube raised]
What do you think are the chances of Channel6 investors getting back what Sequoia did….

Congrats to Conor, Walter and Damien on organizing the 1st BarCampIreland event last Satuday – it was a resounding success, and the conversation is still flowing. The Webworks facility is awesome – we should have these all over the country. [See pics]
