Joe has a great post on working with Enterprise Ireland

In our case, EI took some time to get going on the Web 2.0 thing, but once they got it they ran with it.

The biggest hurdle is when they ask to talk to some key customers. I always used to say walk back into the office there, and grab somebody with broadband, kids and a digital camera.

In the end they took feedback from some of the “great and the good” in the sector.
