Keith Bohanna of dbTwang has a very interesting question – is it possible to get a Capital Grant from a County Enterprise Board for something intangible like the backend of a webapp?

Well I think it would all come down to language.

If you work it right, and phrase things well, then I think there will be no problem.

If you don’t go about it in the right way, and the CEB thinks they’re funding your back-end, then it probably won’t work out so well.
